Review on KPN Travels - Bangalore

Today, I read Review about KPN Travels - Bangalore on Mouthshut.com – the Consumer Review Website.

KPN is one of the few travels to operate bus services daily to all the cities in Tamilnadu from Chennai and Bangalore. For more than 5 years I am travelling regularly in KPN buses but never faced problems. But last week I had a very bad experience with KPN which I want to share with MS.

I booked two tickets to Thiruvarur from salem in Bangalore- Velankanni AC sleeper bus. The booking guys gave me a hand written ticket instead of printout. When I asked them about the hand written ticket, they said nothing to worry. Bus was an hour late, me and my wife boarded the bus.

Early morning around 4 ‘o’ clock the bus reached Trichy and some passenger got down. Then the driver was looking for some passenger and finally he came to me and enquired where I have to get down. I told him that I have to get down at Tiruvarur. But driver has a different counter ticket mentioning my seat numbers and dropping point as Trichy. I was surprised to see the ticket with same seat number but different dropping point.He told me to get down, I showed him my ticket which is mentioned as Tiruvarur. But he was not in a mood to listen and started behaving rudely
